Why does it take a long time for my order to arrive?
My shop is based in Vietnam, South East Asia, and it takes at least 1.5-2 months for standard shipping items to reach the US and other countries in North and South America. For EU orders, processing and shipping might take 1 week less.
I am also not responsible for delays caused by customs of the destination country.
Why does my keychain/standee looks cloudy? Is there something wrong with it?
There is a protective film on the surfaces of the keychain/standee in order to avoid scratching during production and shipping. You can peel them off and see that the surface is clear and spotless.
